Manchester to Jeddah Is About to Go From Weekly Habit to Daily Routine

Saudia is about to double its flying between Jeddah and Manchester. According to schedule filings reported by AeroRoutes on 12 October, the route steps up from seven weekly flights to ten from 1 November 2026, then to 13 weekly from 3 December, and finally to 14 weekly, effectively two flights a day, from 2 January 2027. The additional flights are already open for reservations.

The schedule mixes two aircraft types. A morning Boeing 787 service, SV123, leaves Jeddah at 08:00 and lands in Manchester at 11:55, with the return, SV124, departing Manchester at 13:45. An evening service, SV129, is shown with an Airbus A321 leaving Jeddah at 17:25 and arriving at 21:35, while the return flights leave Manchester late at night and reach Jeddah in the early morning of the following day.

The expansion was not part of an earlier AeroRoutes update, which suggests Saudia added it recently as demand firmed up for the winter season. Manchester has become one of the airline’s key points in the United Kingdom, and the increase gives northern England a far denser set of connections to Jeddah and, by onward flights, to the wider Saudi network and the Middle East.

As always with filed schedules, times and aircraft can change before departure. Travelers planning winter or holiday trips should check their booking closer to the travel date, but the direction is plain: more seats, more choice of departure time, and a second daily option for passengers who prefer an evening arrival in the UK over a midday one.
