Silversea’s Biggest Cruise Discount Doesn’t Apply to Every Voyage

Silversea has opened its Black Friday sale for 2026, covering more than 850 departures on its Classic and Expedition voyages from 2026 through 2029. The offer was announced on November 3, and qualifying new bookings must be made by December 7, 2026.

There are four savings levels, at 15%, 25%, 35% and 45%, applied to every suite category on eligible sailings. The catch is that the maximum 45% discount does not apply automatically to every voyage; the level depends on the ship, itinerary and departure date. Full World Cruises, full Grand Voyages and special combination voyages are excluded.

Guests who choose the All-Inclusive Plus fare can also pay a reduced upfront deposit starting at 15%, which is separate from the percentage fare savings. The promotion reaches all seven continents, and featured 2027 sailings include a Barcelona and Balearics cruise in April, an expedition from Guam to Japan, a trip timed to Kyoto’s Gion Matsuri, a voyage from Edinburgh for the Tour de France and a Greece and Turkey itinerary.

Advertised starting fares are per guest in US dollars and subject to availability and booking conditions. The practical advice is to check the discount tier on the specific departure rather than assuming the headline figure, and to compare it with the fare you would pay without the deposit option.
