Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is set to open in December, and it will arrive as the city’s tallest tower. The property has 800 rooms and 100,000 square feet of meeting space, a combination aimed squarely at the convention and group-travel market.
It is also a first for the brand. Signia by Hilton has been building out a collection of large, meetings-focused hotels, and the Indianapolis opening will be its first property in the Midwest, extending a lineup that until now has sat elsewhere in the country.
For travelers, the practical effect is more downtown capacity in a city that regularly hosts large events. A tower of this size changes the skyline and adds a significant block of rooms to the local market, which matters for conference planners comparing destinations for future bookings.
The hotel was highlighted in a corporate travel roundup alongside other openings and refurbishments, including a major refresh of Adina properties in Australia and Europe. Opening dates can shift in the final weeks before launch, so anyone planning a December stay should confirm availability directly with the hotel.
