Princess Cruises is expanding its Sanctuary Collection, announced October 22, to five Royal Class ships: Royal Princess, Discovery Princess, Enchanted Princess, Regal Princess and Sky Princess. The resort-style program first launched on Sun Princess and Star Princess.
Sanctuary guests get a private Sanctuary Club, a Sanctuary pool with food and drinks delivered poolside, a Sanctuary Restaurant with menus inspired by the destinations Princess visits, a dedicated suite concierge and an exclusive Suite Lounge. They also receive the Princess Premier package, which includes unlimited drinks, specialty and casual dining, high-speed Wi-Fi, crew appreciation, complimentary room service and OceanNow delivery.
Sales are staggered. Royal Princess staterooms went on sale October 22, starting with a 12-day South Pacific voyage departing January 4, 2027. The remaining ships follow: Regal Princess on November 5, Discovery Princess on December 4, Sky Princess on December 10 and Enchanted Princess on December 17.
Guests who booked before October 22 and already reserved a Reserve Collection stateroom get the Sanctuary experience at no additional cost, but not the Premier package. Fares were not stated in the announcement, and Cruise Critic reported the next day that some guests question the cost of the expansion while others welcome it.
