Singapore Airlines Is Giving Business Class Its First Sleeper Suits

Singapore Airlines is putting new comforts in its premium cabins starting in November. The most notable change is for Business Class, where sleeper suits are being introduced for the first time, giving long-haul passengers something to change into before they lie flat.

At the top of the range, Suites and First Class passengers will receive Sisley amenity kits and sleeper suits made of 100 percent cotton. Business Class gets Byredo kits featuring the Blanche fragrance, a nod to the perfume house’s popularity among travelers who treat skincare as part of the flight.

The rollout has rules. The amenity kits will appear on flights longer than six hours, while sleeper suits will be offered on selected overnight medium-haul services and on all long-haul flights. Shorter daytime hops are unlikely to see the full treatment.

Such touches are inexpensive compared with new seats or cabins, yet they shape how premium travelers remember a flight. Passengers who pay close attention to such details should check the route length when booking to know whether kits and sleepwear will be included.
