Celebrity Cruises opened bookings on November 3 for its winter 2028-29 Caribbean season, and the headline ship is the not-yet-delivered Celebrity Xcite. Cruise Hive reports that the sixth Edge Series ship, carrying about 3,200 guests, will sail seven-night Caribbean cruises from Miami. Ports include St. Thomas, Antigua, the British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Maarten and the Dominican Republic.

A debut date is not official. The earliest sailings that can be booked depart in November 2028, but the maiden voyage has not been confirmed. Summer 2028 bookings open on December 9, 2026.

The rest of the fleet gets changes too. Celebrity Beyond will offer its first short Bahamas cruises, nine three-night trips from Fort Lauderdale with a ten-hour Nassau call, plus eight- to 11-night itineraries including six Panama Canal voyages. Celebrity Summit sails four- and five-night trips from Miami, some calling at Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, and Celebrity Silhouette starts seven-night San Juan cruises in October 2028.

Celebrity Reflection is due for a transformation in March 2027 that adds 13 new spaces. For travellers, the takeaway is that itineraries this far out are still early listings: book for the ship and port you want, but expect details to be refined before sailing.
