United’s spring 2027 schedule filings show new San Francisco service starting March 28, 2027, according to AeroRoutes. Charleston, South Carolina gets four weekly flights on a 737 MAX 8, while Hartford is planned as a daily 737 MAX 9 route.
Two of the additions are returns. AeroRoutes says United last served Hartford from San Francisco until September 2018, and Oklahoma City, planned as a daily SkyWest-operated Embraer E175, last until April 2020. Neither pairing has had a nonstop for years.
Existing routes are growing too. Comparing filings from October 4 and October 25, the report shows Burbank rising from eight to nine daily flights, Ontario from five to six, and Calgary from one to two daily from May 27, 2027. Sun Valley also moves to two daily flights in the summer ski-town season.
AeroRoutes cautions that further changes remain possible, so these are schedule filings rather than final timetables. The Bulkhead Seat’s weekly review also notes that United added five new routes from San Francisco and Los Angeles this week.
